The large integrated QSV-2 sun visor offers excellent protection against glare even in weak sunlight. Certified according to the current test standard ECE-R 22.06
The NEOTEC3 is also suitable for use with an open chin at adjusted speeds thanks to P/J homologation. When the helmet is fully closed, it has a deeply branched ventilation system that ensures fresh air and cooling.
The revolutionary SHOEI COMLINK allows perfect integration of the SENA SRL3 MESH (sold separately) communication system. Smooth outer surfaces and transitions keep the noise exposure of the driver or passenger at a low level.
SAFETY
The SHOEI NEOTEC3 outer shell, made of AIM (Advanced Integrated Matrix) material in combination with a polystyrene core system consisting of several elements with different absorption capacities, provides optimal impact protection that meets the requirements of the ECE-R 22.06 test standard.
The clear CNS-3C lens included as standard opens up an almost unlimited horizontal and vertical field of vision. The PINLOCK EVO anti-fog lens included with the helmet ensures unobstructed visibility even in adverse weather conditions.
The stainless steel locking mechanism securely and reliably fixes the chin bar in the closed position.
WEARING COMFORT
3 different outer shell sizes (XS-M | L | XL-XXL) ensure a wide size range of the SHOEI NEOTEC3 and at the same time an optimal ratio of helmet to rider size. Good helmet balance protects the neck muscles and prevents fatigue both in urban riding and on long trips.
The three-dimensionally shaped center pad, the cheek pads with noise isolation, and the chin strap pad are completely removable and washable. Center and cheek pads of different thicknesses are available for individual adjustment of the helmet (sold separately). The pad, which can be inserted into the top of the head, can be used to vertically adjust the fit of the helmet (sold separately).
The cheek pads with a voluminous underside and extended to the back of the head, together with the removable ear pads, effectively contribute to noise reduction.
VENTILATION
Ventilation openings direct fresh air to reduce the temperature and humidity inside the helmet.
A removable filter in the lower front ventilation opening prevents insects from entering.
The raised ventilation controls allow the helmet to be used even when wearing thick gloves, making it suitable for use in cold temperature zones or during the cold season.
AERODYNAMICS
Smooth surfaces reduce the helmet's wind resistance and the wearer's exposure to noise.
