Return of goods
A customer who has concluded a distance contract when shopping at the 4speed online store has the right to unilaterally withdraw from the purchase within 14 days of the purchase date, provided the item has not been used during this period. To exercise the right of withdrawal, the customer must return the item to the SIA "Agrali" 4speed store address (Brīvības gatve 244, Riga, LV-1039), either by delivering it in person or by using a courier service. Upon return of the item, SIA "Agrali" will immediately refund the relevant funds to the customer via bank transfer.
- The right of withdrawal cannot be fully or partially exercised:
- If the purchased item is made to a custom order.
- If the item has lost its original appearance, the packaging is damaged, or the price and logo tags have been removed. In such cases, the supplier has the right to calculate the loss in value and deduct this amount from the item's purchase price.
- If a special agreement has been made between the customer and the supplier regarding the order of a rare/expensive item, and the customer has been previously warned about potential difficulties with returning the item.
- The customer, when exercising the right of withdrawal mentioned in clause 1, is responsible for ensuring that the value and quality of the item do not decrease, and that the item is stored and transported in a manner that does not degrade its quality.
- If the customer exercises the right of withdrawal and the withdrawal is not related to the non-compliance of the item or service with the terms of the contract, the customer is responsible for covering the costs associated with returning the item to the seller and any related bank transaction fees.
- The seller is obligated to refund the purchase price to the customer without undue delay, provided that the withdrawal from the item is made within the period specified in clause 1 and that there are no obstacles as outlined in clauses 2 and 4 for a full or partial refund of the purchase price.
