Key Features

Multi-composite outer shell
The S-R7 Helmet combines carbon, aramid fiber, and fiberglass layers bonded with a pre-preg epoxy resin process for lightweight strength, controlled deflection, energy dissipation, and penetration protection.

Aerodynamic shell design
The smooth, streamlined shell minimizes potential impact load points, while a collarbone recess helps reduce contact with the body during a slide. An integrated road spoiler and lateral winglets reduce turbulence and drag while supporting high-speed stability.

Multi-density EPS inner shell
Seven strategically positioned EPS pieces in six different densities provide targeted impact absorption and energy dissipation, with dedicated EPS liner dimensions for each helmet size.

PLASMA collarbone integration
Two PLASMA sections are integrated into the collarbone cutaways for high-performance shock absorption in this critical area, significantly reducing the risk of injury.

Rotational impact management
The EPS liner geometry and coating work with a specially developed comfort liner surface to reduce rotational acceleration transmitted to the rider’s head.

Optimized ventilation system
Ten ventilation ports—six intakes and four exhausts—optimize airflow and cooling. Chin intakes direct air toward the shield to help prevent fogging, while the slideable top vent and chin bar and rear extractors regulate airflow and evacuate humid and hot air.

Optical Class 1 shield
The ECE 22.06 homologated optical Class 1 shield features double-sided anti-scratch treatment and variable 1,6 - 2,6mm thickness. A secure locking mechanism and tool-less quick-release system support secure closure and easy shield removal or replacement.

A-Head fitment system
The patented A-Head system enables micro-adjustment of the helmet’s height and angle for precise head positioning and a personalized fit.

Removable comfort lining
Removable, washable linings feature anti-microbial treated fabrics. 3D foam cheek pads integrate glasses channels, an Emergency Release System (ERS), and a hydration tube channel.

A-Connect integration
The S-R7 Helmet is engineered for seamless integration with the separately available A-Connect communication system, featuring a second-generation Harman Kardon Sound System with 40mm speakers and advanced AI-based noise cancelling technology.
