Muc-Off Snow Foam – Active Foam for Pre-Wash

Muc-Off Snow Foam is a pre-wash cleaner for cars, motorcycles, and bicycles. The foam helps dissolve stubborn dirt and road grime before the main wash, thereby reducing the risk of paint damage when removing dirt with a sponge or wash mitt. The product has a neutral pH and does not remove previously applied wax, sealant, or polishing paste. It can be used as a regular part of your vehicle’s maintenance routine.

Softens dirt before the main wash

Snow Foam coats the vehicle with a stable layer of foam that penetrates the dirt and helps lift it from the surface. After rinsing, any remaining dirt is easier to remove during the subsequent wash, and contact between the paint and hard dirt particles is reduced. This product is intended for pre-washing. It does not replace shampoo or the vehicle’s main wash.

The neutral pH protects the previously applied protective coating

The water-based formula has a neutral pH, so it does not remove layers of wax, sealant, or polishing paste. This is important for vehicles that are regularly treated with protective products—these products do not need to be reapplied after each use of the foam.

For Cars, Motorcycles, and Bicycles

Muc-Off Snow Foam can be used on the exterior surfaces of cars, motorcycles, and bicycles. The manufacturer recommends applying the product with a foam gun attached to a high-pressure washer. The foam can also be applied to windows and wheels. Do not begin washing a motorcycle until the engine has completely cooled down.

Directions for Use

1. Thoroughly rinse the vehicle with water, preferably using a high-pressure washer.

2. Pour the product into the foam gun. You can use it undiluted to produce thicker foam, or dilute it in a 1:3 ratio.

3. Adjust the foam output.

4. Apply the product from the bottom up, covering all exterior surfaces of the vehicle.

5. Let the foam sit for 3–5 minutes. Do not use it in direct sunlight, and do not let the product dry out.

6. Rinse the vehicle thoroughly with a high-pressure washer, then proceed to the main wash.

When using a handheld foam sprayer, the manufacturer recommends diluting one part Snow Foam with three parts water.
